TENNESSEE JAM CAKE 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour, unbleached
3 egg yolks, unbeaten
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice (ground)
8 oz. blackberry jam

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Cool on cake rack.

FILLING:

4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Cook in a double boiler until thick. Beat after taking off the stove for 2 minutes. Stir in: 1 c. raisins, ground 1 c. coconut, ground

Mix into egg mixture and spread on cake.
