PECAN PIE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter (soft)
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. self rising flour
2 c. chopped pecans

Beat eggs 3 minutes. Then add sugar and beat 3 minutes. Add soft butter, mix. Add flour and vanilla, mix real good. Add pecans. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
