CHICKEN ALMOND CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine chicken, celery, almonds, onions, lemon juice and pepper. Add mayonnaise. Put in casserole dish. Top with cheese, then potato chips. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
