PAUL BUNYON HAMBURGER 
2 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Mix above ingredients together and set aside. Using a 9 inch cake pan, cut a circle out of wax paper to use as a measurement. Divide the hamburger mix into 3 sections. Pat a layer of meat on the circle.

Place any item on only one side of the circle. I like chopped onions, bell pepper and grated cheese. Fold over to make turnover. Seal edges together. Cook on grill or in oven until done.
