SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen spinach
2 eggs
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 chopped onion
Dash garlic powder
4 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Put spinach in a bowl and let thaw well. Drain extra water. Add butter and let soften. Beat eggs. Add all ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
