CINNAMON ROLLS 
3/4 cup lard
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 c. cinnamon
3 cups water, divided
1 pkg. yeast (or equivalent)
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
6 cups all-purpose flour

Combine lard, sugar, cinnamon and 2 1/2 cups hot water. Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add eggs and salt. Mix, then add yeast mixture. Work in flour. Dough will be sticky. Let rise until doubled. Work out and let rise again.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
