BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, florets, cut-up in small pieces
6 green onions or 1 sm. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 lb. bacon, crumbled and drained
Slivered almonds, one small package

DRESSING:

1 c. real mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar

Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar together and refrigerate overnight. Use a small amount of bacon drippings to saute almonds. Toss broccoli, onions, raisins, bacon and almonds. Just before you are ready to serve it, mix in salad dressing. Toss to coat well.
