PAMANDERS 
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. water
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, finely crushed, or graham crackers
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. orange extract
Colored sugar

Melt chocolate chips over hot, not boiling water. Stir in sugar and corn syrup. Blend in water. Combine wafer and nuts. Add chocolate mixture and orange extract to wafer mixture; mix well. Form into balls and roll in colored sugar. Let ripen in covered container several days. Will keep 3-4 weeks in tightly covered container.
