HOT CHICKEN AND CRANBERRY
SANDWICHES
 
A luncheon dish that really can't be beaten. A superb blend of flavors.

2 cups cold cooked chicken, diced
2 cups gravy or white sauce
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. onion juice
1 tbsp. pimiento, chopped
12 slices French toast
6 slices jellied cranberry sauce

Combine and heat chicken, gravy, parsley, onion, and pimiento. Place chicken mixture between slices of French toast. Place cranberry sauce on top of sandwiches. Garnish with parsley.

Serves 6.
