CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage (bulk)
1 egg
1/2 c. rice (minute)
Garlic salt to taste and pepper
Canned tomatoes (lg. can)
Sauerkraut
Cabbage (lg. head)
Onions (diced) to taste

Mix hamburger, sausage, rice, garlic salt, onion and egg and pepper. Boil cabbage until leaves are soft. Roll mixture in leaves. Cook about 3 hours with tomatoes and sauerkraut over the rolls.
