TURKEY CHEDDAR RICE BAKE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
4 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
2 c. milk
1 lb. cooked turkey, ground or cubed
2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 c. cooked rice
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed & drained

Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and bouillon cubes. Gradually stir in milk, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in turkey and mushrooms. Arrange rice in non-stick 9"x13" pan baking dish. Spoon chicken mixture over rice layer broccoli and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
