2 c. cut-up fully cooked ham
1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease or spray with non-vegetable spray. Spray a 10 x 1 1/2 pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese, and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and the knife inserted comes out clean. Cook about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
