GORP (GOOD OLD RAISINS AND
PEANUTS)
 
16 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. granola or rolled oats
1 c. walnuts or combination of cashews, peanuts, sunflower meats, etc.

In top of double boiler, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and honey. Pour over the other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased flat pan, having mixture about 1-inch thick. Refrigerate. Cut or break into chunks.
