QUICK AND EASY FRIED PIES 
20 flour tortillas
1 can pie filling (any flavor)

Heat flour tortillas to make them easier to work wit. Put 1 tablespoon pie filling in a flour tortilla. Roll and secure with a toothpick. Place in hot oil (Crisco works best for me), toothpick side down, and fry until golden brown. These can be iced with powdered sugar glaze, sprinkled with powdered sugar or eaten plain. Great, quick fried pie for last minute guests.
