STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 stick melted butter
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 can milnot
1 sm. strawberry jello
1 c. sugar
1 c. water (hot)
1 c. mashed strawberries

Mix jello and 1 cup boiling water until dissolved. Add sugar, mashed strawberries, and cream cheese. Put in refrigerator until cool. Meanwhile, mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Put in bottom of 9x13 pan, saving 1/2 cup for top.

Next, whip 1 can milnot milk until stiff peaks form. Slowly fold in the jello mixture. Pour in pan and sprinkle remaining graham cracker crumbs on top. Refrigerate overnight
