ZUCCHINI SPAGHETTI 
1/2 lb. bacon
1/4 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lbs. zucchini, julienned
1/2 c. half and half or milk
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. angel hair pasta
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice bacon into bite size pieces. Heat a large frying pan. Saute bacon until clear. Remove from pan discarding fat. Set meat aside. Add olive oil to the pan and saute garlic a moment. Add the zucchini to the pan and saute over high heat just until hot. Add the cream. Toss to coat.

Toss above with hot cooked pasta, adding the cheese and salt and pepper. Serve with garlic bread.
