POPCORN BALLS 
7-8 c. popped popcorn (I just use 1 bag of microwave popcorn)
3 c. mini marshmallows
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
A few drops of food coloring

Place popped corn in a large buttered bowl. Set aside. Put remaining ingredients in top of double boiler. Set over boiling water and stir until marshmallows are melted. Tint with your choice of color. Pour marshmallow mixture over popped corn and stir gently to coat.

Grease hands with butter and quickly shape into balls. To store-wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Makes about 8 medium size balls. Great after school snack!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
