1 c. water 7 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. (8 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix 1/2 c. sliced celery 1 lb. thin boneless pork slices 1/2 c. bottled tonkastu sauce 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1 lb. head romaine lettuce, cut cross-wise in wide strips Line broiler pan rack with foil. Spray foil with vegetable cookie spray or coat lightly with oil. Bring water and 6 tablespoons butter to boil in a medium size saucepan over high heat. Note: Tonkatsu is a spicy sauce can be found in the Oriental food section of most supermarkets. This recipe is meant for pork cutlets, its also good on hamburgers and cooked breaded meats and fish.
