STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
Pastry for 2 crust pie
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. fresh rhubarb, sliced
2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare crust and line bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. In bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Fold in fruit and turn into uncooked pastry shell. Top with a lattice crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and cook 30 minutes more.
