STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 lg. green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. rice, cooked
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Fry hamburger and onion in skillet until brown, and drain. Stir in salts, cooked rice and 1 cup tomato sauce (or more). Stuff each pepper with mixture. Stand upright in ungreased baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover. Cook in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, cook 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese.
