CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can corn
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
2 sm. cans chopped chilies
1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
2 c. (3/4 lb.) grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt

Mix in dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
