SPAGHETTI WITH WHITE SAUCE | |
1 lb. Ricotta cheese 1 stick butter 1 egg 1 tsp. sugar 1 (1 lb.) pkg. thin spaghetti Melt butter in pan. Stir in Ricotta, egg and sugar. Cook until it starts to boil. Serve immediately over cooked spaghetti. Makes 4 to 5 servings. |
