BERLINERKRANSE 
4 hard-boiled egg yolks
4 raw egg yolks
1/2 lb. sugar
1 lb. flour
1 lb. butter
Colored sugar

Mix boiled yolks and raw yolks together. Cream butter and sugar in separate bowl and add to the yolks. Mix in flour. Take small pieces of dough at a time and use hands to roll it into long, thin, round strips (as if making play-do people). Cut off small pieces 4 or 5 inches long and twist into a wreath. Then dip into beaten egg white and sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown. This is a very old Danish Christmas cookie recipe.
