CREAM CHEESE CORN 
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen corn (canned corn may be substituted)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Dash of black pepper
Optional: 2 tbsp. chopped green chilies

Cook corn in very small amount of water. About 5 minutes before serving time, drain excess water from corn and add cream cheese. Stir until melted over low heat. Serves 8.

For smaller portions, use 1/2 package of cream cheese and small package of corn or regular size can of corn.
