PEAR RELISH 
2 qt. coarsely ground pears
1 qt. coarsely ground onions
3 green bell peppers, chopped fine
3 red bell peppers, c hopped fine
1 qt. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. turmeric
1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar

Mix pears, onions and bell peppers. Mix sugar, flour, celery seed and turmeric in a large pot; add mustard and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Add pear mixture; bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes. Seal in hot jars.
