PUMPKIN DELIGHT 
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. milk
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of allspice
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix together the first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Beat together the cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Spread over cracker crumbs and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Allow to cool.

Mix the pudding and milk. Beat for 2 minutes. Add the cooked pumpkin, cinnamon, allspice and Cool Whip. Spread over baked layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Add nuts on top.
