BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 1 pkg. of 8 crescent dinner rolls 1 c. loosely packed shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese 5 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese In skillet, cook sausage until brown. Drain fat. Beat well together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Put in pizza pan, points toward center. Press and seal to form crust and raise and crimp sides. Pour egg mixture on dough, then sausage, then Cheddar cheese, then potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
