BLUEBERRY AND BREAD PUDDING 
4 c. blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Wash and drain berries. Mix all together and set aside.

Add:

8 slices bread (butter both sides with butter)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipped cream

In a 5 x 9 x 3 inch pan line with bread and put a layer of blueberry mixture. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Repeat this and end with layer of bread on top. Bake at 375 degrees, 60 minutes. Cool and serve with whipped topping.
