BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1 med. chopped onion
Season salt
1 c. diced Velveeta cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook and drain thoroughly. Mix with mushroom soup, mayonnaise, egg, onion and seasonings. Add Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
