CHOCOLATE CRUNCH PIE | |
1 pkg. (4 serving) chocolate pudding, instant 1 c. cold milk 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, ground 1 1/2 c. "Rocks" (Use any combination of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts, granola bars chunks) 1 (6 oz.) chocolate crumb crust Prepare pudding mix with 1 cup milk as directed on package. Fold in Cool Whip. Stir 1 cup cookie crumbs and "rocks" into mixture. Spoon into pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining cookies. Freeze until firm (about 4 hours). Garnish with gumdrop flowers or gummy worms. If desired, let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Store leftover pie in freezer. |
