KARO FAT FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. Argo cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. Karo light or dark syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with cooking oil. Combine dry ingredients until well mixed. Whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup. Stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour in prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes.
