HOT MUSTARD | |
Put equal amounts of dry mustard and regular flour in small container. Add black pepper and salt. Add cooking oil enough to make thick paste. Then thin with hot pepper juice or vinegar (50/50 water). (Don't let it get too thin.) Mix and cream until no lumps. Add to this mixture an equal amount of prepared mustard and blend together. Horseradish may be added if you like. |
