1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten

Mix ingredients together and let stand 5 minutes. Shape into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
