EASIEST BEST STEW EVER 
2 or 3 lbs. pot roast
2 c. stewed tomatoes
2 pkgs. onion mushroom soup
1 jar sm. onions
Vegetables, frozen or fresh

Cook pot roast (I use electric frying pan on low, covered) with stewed tomatoes, soup and onions 3 or 4 hours until tender. Cut into small pieces. Add any vegetables you like (broccoli, beans, corn, cauliflower, mixed frozen vegetables. Oriental are especially good.)
