APPLE CRISP 
5 c. sliced apples
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
Grated lemon peel
1 c. old-fashioned oats, not instant
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Puritan (canola) oil
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Place apples in ungreased 11 x 9 inch pan. Cover with mixture of 1 tablespoon honey, water, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon peel. Blend oats, flour, oil and 2 tablespoons honey and sprinkle over apples. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake until brown (15 to 20 minutes more). Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
