ZUCCHINI PIE 
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. canned milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. zucchini (peeled, boiled, drained and mashed)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
Cinnamon
Unbaked pie shell

Put butter, canned milk, sugar, zucchini, egg, vanilla and flour into blender and blend. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes at 425 and 20 minutes at 325 or until knife inserted into pie comes out clean. Fast, easy, and very healthy.
