PARTY PINK SALAD 
Juice from #2 can crushed pineapple
24-30 lg. marshmallows
1 lg. pkg. strawberry or lime Jello
2 c. plain cottage cheese (prefer dry cottage cheese or drained)
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lg. can Pet milk (chilled for whipping)

Combine pineapple juice, Jello and marshmallows in a double boiler over low heat; stir until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add cottage cheese, pineapple and pecans; fold in whipped cream and refrigerate. Let set until firm. Cut into squares and serve. This should be put into large flat pan.
