LAND & SEA SANDWICHES 
6 slices bacon, cut in 1" pieces
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can small shrimp, drained
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. fine chopped celery
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 English muffins, split, toasted, buttered
8 slices Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Fry bacon until crisp. In a medium bowl sprinkle shrimp with lemon juice. Add chicken, mayonnaise, celery, mustard and nutmeg; mix well. Spread 1/8 of mixture on each English muffin half. Sprinkle with bacon pieces and top with Swiss cheese. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and sandwich is heated through.
