2 (3 oz.) boxes orange Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 c. boiling water
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jello in water, add sherbet and mix well. Add oranges and fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate and serve.
