ORANGE PINEAPPLE GELATIN DESSERT 
1 1/3 c. graham crackers
6 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. orange jello
1/2 c. sugar
13 oz. can crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (save juice)

Mix jello with 1 cup hot water and 1 cup juice. Add orange sherbet, drained oranges, and pineapple. Mix together and refrigerate until slightly thickened. Crush graham crackers and place in bowl. Melt butter and add and mix well. Press mixture in bottom of 13x9 pan; set aside. Combine sugar and softened cream cheese and cream well. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour jello mixture over graham crackers. Spread with cream cheese mixture. Chill and cut into squares.
