ALL-TIME POULTRY DRESSING 
Turkey or chicken giblets, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. fat
4 c. bread cubes
4 celery sticks, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. sage
Sprinkle parsley leaves
3/4 c. chicken stock
2 slightly beaten eggs with milk

Saute giblets, beef, and onion in hot fat until completely browned. Add to bread cubes and celery. Stir in spices. Add chicken stock until well mixed. Add eggs and more chicken stock if needed. Stuff bird and cook.
