YAM PECAN PIE 
1 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. milk
Unbaked pie shell

Blend potatoes, sugar, spices, salt, milk and eggs. Put in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from stove, put on topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. pecans
1/4 c. butter

Mix and bake 15 or 25 minutes more.
