ANGEL BREAD 
5 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 tbsp. water
2 1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix all ingredients together; place in bowl. Cover and store in refrigerator. Take out and use as needed. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (or until golden brown).
