PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drain
1 can pizza sauce (15 oz.)
1 can sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. rotini noodles
2/3 c. milk
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni

Bring to boil meat, pizza sauce, mushrooms and seasonings. Cook noodles and drain well. Add milk to the noodles. In casserole dish, layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 meat sauce and 1/2 cheese - repeat. Top with pepperoni. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
