MERINGUE KISSES 
1 c. sugar
3 egg whites, beaten until peaked
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
Food coloring

Add sugar slowly to beaten egg whites. Then add vanilla, vinegar and food coloring. (I usually use seasonal colors: red or green for Christmas, - light pastels around Easter.) Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven 250 degrees for 25-30 minutes. They taste real light and airy.
