CHICKEN - CHEESE FILLING 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. finely diced celery
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. milk
1 tbsp. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sunflower seeds; optional
1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts

Combine chicken, celery, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix milk, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Combine mixtures and chill. For added interest, mix in sunflower seeds. Stuff pockets with filling and top with alfalfa sprouts. Serves 6.
