1 sm. box chocolate pudding (cooking kind)
1 chocolate cake mix
2 c. milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
Chopped nuts

In medium saucepan add pudding mix and milk. Cook over medium heat just until pudding starts to thicken. Remove from heat.

Add cake mix (dry); mix well by hand. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 cake pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
