EASY CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water
1 (16 oz.) yellow cake mix, not pudding type
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add cake mix, vanilla, salt, and flour. Mix well. Dough will be very sticky.

Cover tightly in plastic bowl. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down lightly. Let rise again 1 hour. Roll out on lightly floured surface.

Mix well and spread on top: 4 tbsp. cinnamon 1 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts or raisins, optional

Roll up and slice. Place in baking dish. Let double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
