STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices firm bread
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
12 eggs
1/3 c. real maple syrup
2 c. milk

Remove crusts from bread, cut into cubes and place half on bottom of 9"x13" casserole. Cube 2 packages cream cheese and place on top of bread cubes, then add rest of bread cubes. Beat 12 eggs and combine maple syrup and milk together. Pour over top of bread and cream cheese in casserole. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Place in preheated oven and cook. Serve with syrup and fruit. Optional: Add cinnamon, sausage or crumbled bacon. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serves 8.
