20 oz. chocolate chip cookie dough 6 squares Baker's semi sweet chocolate 1/2 c. milk 1 pkg. chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling 1 1/2 c. non dairy whipped topping Press dough into greased 13"x9" pan. Bake 20 minutes, let cool. Heat cream in microwave, stir in chocolate until melted. Spread over cookie crust and refrigerate 30 minutes or until hardened. Mix milk and pudding mix. Beat with whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in whipped topping. Spread over chocolate layer and refrigerate at least 1 hour. |
